Room with a separate living area made me feel at home, allowing for more space and privacy. The plush king bed and comfy robes made for a cozy stay, and the free Wi-Fi was a great plus.

I personally wished for a wider selection of coffee and tea facilities.

From free parking, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception to massage, fitness center, and shuttle service - it's a perfect fit. Plus, they once went out of their way to assist me in finding a car service. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

We loved the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, complete with a well-stocked kitchenette. The rooftop pool bar offered a great selection of food and drinks. The night check-in staff, particularly the gentleman from Egypt and the lady from an African country, provided excellent customer service. It was also a bonus that the hotel was pet-friendly.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference as it offers 10 high-tech meeting venues and a 600 square meter multi-event space, perfect for throwing epic parties or hosting meetings. The Redoof and ourbar provides a lovely place to hang out after a long day at work.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with professional services for my work needs.

In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly entertainment options would be great for families with children.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had an amazing time. This place has a perfect location to get to where I needed to go, even by public transport. The room amenities were exceptional, such as the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The staff were very accommodating, providing a welcome drink, and pet amenities as well. I also enjoyed happy hour and the service of dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry.

Clean and quiet rooms with sealed TV remotes. Helpful staff and great value for money breakfast with an amazing spread. Excellent options for pet dogs and located in a peaceful area near academic city. Rooftop pool ideal for kids and reasonably priced meals.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. The terrace bar and reception lounge were great places to hang out. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. Although there were some small maintenance issues with the shower and sink, it was still a pleasant stay overall.

I had a great experience and would love to stay here again.

The hotel offered pet-friendly accommodations, a pleasant surprise. Our room was well-prepared with beds and bowls for our furry friends. The staff showed genuine love and care for pets, and we were allowed to walk them on a leash in the hotel, quite unusual. It added to the overall experience of our romantic escape. the energetic and helpful young team was always ready to assist with any inquiries we had.
